We are a growing startup with the mission to shape the construction industry in a new and future-oriented way. To meet our ambitious product roadmap we are looking for a Senior JavaScript Developer to join our Research & Development (R&D) team located in Berlin. You will be part of an agile, amazingly talented and motivated team that applies the newest technologies and learnings across all domains of our product.

In a nutshell: \_\_

• Supporting the R&D team in executing the product roadmap
• Guiding the team and the business for a smart and balanced software development with a state of the art tech architecture
• Maintaining and improving our JavaScript tech stack, primarily using NodeJS and React
• Improving our infrastructure built on Firebase, Google Cloud and Salesforce to name a few
• Discovering, evaluating and implementing new technologies that yield competitive advantage
• Contributing to the development of our R&D team and the product vision
• Hiring, interviews, mentoring, team-building, providing motivation etc to attract and retain the best talent in industry

The role is a fit for you if:

• You are a team player with a keen eye for detail and problem-solving skills with experience in agile frameworks, and good knowledge in both front-end and back-end systems
• 5+ years of hands-on experience in building and maintaining products, primarily focused on JavaScript and the third party ecosystem
• You have contributed to and been part of software product(s) built from scratch
• You have a some knowledge of DevOPs and are not afraid to get your hands dirty
• UX, DX, code quality, code coverage, etc are not just buzzwords for you
• You are a curious and passionate professional who can go beyond the expectations, capable of making decisions that seek autonomy
